I thought the floating dust in the light looked fancy...

This costume of the 'Time Lord General' won first place in Abilene Public Library's Lib-Con Cosplay Contest in 2021! The photos were taken at the contest, which was held at the Mall of Abilene (hence Dillards in the background :D) It was built with EVA foam and a lot of spare time - but it was worth it!
